are community gathering like we do per definition more local (than, say, an Onionfest)?
- both for gatherings and Onionfest travel has to be sorted out by oneself (otherwise we had to deal with visas etc.)
- keep ambitions low and accept chaotic stuff happening
- EU is/has been funding for cross-country travel etc.
- Task: gather funding sources, reach our to NLnet/Prototype fund
- TPI endorsements might help in aquiring funding
- maybe create an association for reimbursements (maybe with membership fees so we have some money to use for funding things)
- Task: look into mkdocs calendar funcionality for an event calendar (make sure we switched to Zensical first)
- Task: one-pager for capturing the community gathering idea to show around to people (for getting funding etc.)
